Treasury Role - Mid/Back Office (5-10 yrs)

Job Overview:

The Org. is looking for a skilled professional to join their Treasury team in a mid-office/back-office role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and asset-liability management (ALM). The role involves handling financial instruments such as Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and Commercial Papers (CPs), as well as managing bank loan renewals and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flows to ensure liquidity and effective fund utilization.

2. Financial Forecasting & Projections: Develop and analyze financial models to support decision-making and risk assessment.

3. ALM (Asset-Liability Management): Track and manage assets and liabilities to ensure alignment with financial strategies and risk appetite.

4. NCD & CP Management: Handle the issuance, monitoring, and compliance of Non-Convertible Debentures and Commercial Papers.

5. Bank Loan Renewals: Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for timely renewal and compliance of loan agreements.

6. Treasury Operations: Support day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.

7. Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, risks, and investment opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in treasury mid-office/back-office roles.

- Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, NCDs, CPs, ALM, and financial modeling.

- Experience with bank loan renewals and managing financial instruments.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, and relevant treasury software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
