Job Description
FUTURE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS is looking for Direct Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various sources such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the product or service
- Negotiating prices and terms of sales agreements with customers to close deals
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis and reporting sales activities and results to management
- Ensuring that customer complaints and issues are addressed promptly and resolved to their satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Following ethical sales practices and complying with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
