Head - Operations (20-25 yrs)

Job Description:

- Leading the planning and commercial team for three divisions, managing end-to-end planning, supply chain, and commercial functions for various types of synthetic yarns

- Acting as the deputy to the unit head, overseeing planning, supply chain, purchase, dispatch, costing, MIS, and accounts functions for the Rakholi plant

- Engaging in strategy discussions, business decision-making, and future investments, contributing to the organization's growth and success

- Leveraging skills in driving forward plant improvement projects, productivity & quality improvement, cost controlling, scrap amount reduction, lean manufacturing and enhancement

- Acting as a training specialist; imparting trainings to the teams in order to ensure the achievement of their KPIs

- Planning workflow & schedules for Production Department, monitoring production status & ensuring timely delivery; identifying delays and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines
