Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS marketing or the IT domain, utilizing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize digital marketing efforts across multiple channels Responsibilities:1
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: * Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- * Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation efficiency
- * Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition
- Performance Marketing & Campaign Management: * Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc)
- * Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging
- * Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact

- Lead Generation & Demand Generation: * Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target high-value B2B prospects
- * Optimize inbound lead generation campaigns, integrating SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- * Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and convert them into customers

- Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: * Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure campaign performance
- * Leverage marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc
- ) to extract insights and drive informed decisions
- * Prepare detailed reports on key marketing metrics and provide actionable recommendations

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: * Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Required Skills: * 7+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or IT company
- * Experience of working for a IT Services company for US Markets shall be preferred * Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRM tools, marketing automation and ABM strategies
- * Proven ability to generate high-quality B2B leads and optimize conversion rates
- * Strong analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and performance measurement
- * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- * Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
