Manager Bus. Devlopment ( Flat Steel Products )

In order to develop and grow the business for above products candidates will be required to

• have in depth knowledge of the products and their applications from a end use point of view.
• Must have high Result and Achievement orientation and able to operate independently.
• One of the key result areas will be generating business with existing and new potential customers - achieving sales volume and price in line with targets.
• Negotiation skills will play an integral part in this role.
• Responsible and Account Receivables.
• Customer Relationship and Key Account Mgmt skills - for customer acquisition and retention - ensuring response time and service levels are optimum to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Candidates with BE , MBA, Diploma ,Graduation degree can apply.
• Candidates must have minimum 5 years sales and bus. dev experience in either Flat Steel Products, Special Steels & related Engg Industry. Candidates with sales experience in Karnataka will be preferred ( though not mandatory ).
