Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager




📌 Key Responsibilities:
● 📦 Order Management: Oversee order processing, packing, dispatch, and tracking across platforms

● 🛒 Marketplace Handling: Monitor listings, pricing, dispatch SLAs, and penalties on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

● 🚚 Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping partners, prepaid/COD order flow, and courier escalations

● 📊 Inventory & Warehouse Sync: Maintain stock accuracy across channels, coordinate replenishment

● 💳 Payments & Reconciliations: Verify COD settlements, prepaid gateway payouts, and resolve discrepancies

● 🤝 Customer Service Supervision: Ensure timely responses, returns/refunds, and complaint resolution

● 📈 RTO & Loss Analysis: Track returns, reduce high-risk PIN code issues, and improve delivery success rates

● 🛠 Website Operations: Work with web team to ensure smooth backend ops (WooCommerce/Shopify)

● 📦 Vendor & Packaging Coordination: Liaise with box/sticker vendors to maintain quality and timelines





✅ Requirements:
● 3+ years in e-commerce operations, preferably with a D2C brand or aggregator

● Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, ONDC, etc.

● Familiarity with logistics dashboards like Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.

● Hands-on with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic order/inventory software

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

● Experience in the bathware or home improvement category (preferred)
