Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales of our products in the assigned region.
- Follow up with the prospective clients in coordination with the BD team/ Inside Sales team for closing the deal.
- Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirement.
- Develop new customers by making cold calls and applying other marketing strategies/methods
- Formulate business development strategies to develop business in the assigned region.
- Analyses competitors Product and marketing moves to fine tune on strategy.
- Responsible for setting and meeting the targets.

I didn't like anything in that company as they are having worst work culture in the universe. Being an educated you have to work under uncultured and undisciplined managers that is very worst in that company. Even for small things they will threaten employees to fire immediately. Dislikes
There are lot of things you dislike once you join. No work culture, no proper work distribution. Worst HR and their policies. Boss behavior is very worst. If you get sick and take leave even for a day, they will ask you to submit medical certificate. They will intentionally make you sit and work extra hours even after you are good at your job. No appreciation nothing.
