Job Description
- Acquire new patients through outbound reach, and cold calling.
- Identify new opportunities and reach out to customer leads by making cold calling using given leads to generate patients who are willing for lab tests, health packages, and imaging procedures.
- Understand the customer requirements and provide the information accordingly.
- Achieve targets of lead qualification every month.
- Keep in constant contact with old and new patients, and existing doctors to maintain relationships and develop sales opportunities.
- Present and promote our services using solid convincing skills to our prospective customers. Provide relevant information to the customers regarding our tests, and health packages with their benefits.
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Diploma Holder
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be motivated, energetic, and a work enthusiast
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales/ telesales
