Job Title: Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Oracle IAM suite and an in-depth understanding of identity and access management concepts, including expertise in cloud identity solutions.

Key Areas of Expertise:

Oracle IAM Suite Components:

• Proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Oracle Internet Directory (OID).

Enterprise IAM Solutions:

• Strong experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP), Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Multi-Factor Authentication, and modern authentication protocols.

Cloud Identity Management:

• Ability to manage Hybrid Identity Architectures, Cloud IAM Services, Federation Services, and Cloud Security Best Practices.

Role Summary:

As an Oracle IAM Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable identity and access management solutions. You will work to connect traditional on-premises IAM systems with cloud-based identity services, ensuring adherence to security best practices and regulatory compliance standards.

Core Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Architect and deploy Oracle IAM solutions and configure and maintain identity management systems.
• Integrate third-party applications and services, implement single sign-on (SSO), and enable federation services.

Security and Governance:

• Develop and enforce access control policies, implement identity governance frameworks, manage user lifecycle processes, and conduct regular security audits and reviews.

System Integration:

• Integrate IAM infrastructure with enterprise applications, manage PKI and certificate services, configure directory synchronization, and establish cloud identity federation.

Technical Requirements:

Development and Protocols:

• Proficient in J2EE, Java, JavaScript, or .NET, with strong knowledge of LDAP, PKI, and SSL/TLS.
• Experience with authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and familiarity with REST APIs and web services.

Security Standards:

• Working knowledge of identity governance frameworks, compliance standards (such as SOX, GDPR, ISO27001), zero trust principles, and risk management methodologies.

Professional Skills and Experience:

Project Experience:

• Successful track record of at IAM implementations, with direct client engagement and strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, effective team collaboration and leadership, and client relationship management.
