Job Description
- Lead and manage a quality team, ensuring high performance and engagement.

- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering excellent employee engagement.
- Meet and exceed all expectations of the organization s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Preferably knowledge of US Healthcare domain being aligned to Medical Billing & RCM (end to end).
- Lean Six Sigma GB Training / Certification from reputed organization / institute preferable
- Strong awareness and expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledgeable in quality tools and concepts.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
