Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework (3-5 yrs)

Requirements :

- Proven experience in administering and managing Copado deployments on the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance, and change control processes.

- Familiarity with GitHub, Copado, and Jira as tools for service and change control management.

- Proficient in installing, configuring, and upgrading Copado as an Enterprise Copado Product Solution across multiple Salesforce orgs.

- Expertise in providing best practice guidance and coaching Salesforce project teams on Copado and Release Management processes.

- Experience collaborating with a Center of Excellence (CoE) or best practice oversight team and mentoring Salesforce project teams in partnership with the Salesforce Platform owner.

- Salesforce Admin I & II certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II and/or Platform App Builder certification.

- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification.

- Copado I & II certifications.

CRT certification :

- Experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows.

- Proficient in Salesforce Platform Community, Service Cloud, and Gov Cloud.

- Solid experience in Salesforce requirements gathering, analysis, and the development and maintenance of technical diagrams.

- Expertise with OwnBackup, including installation and maintenance.

- Familiarity with Mulesoft.
