Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Team Lead one will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on the distribution and sales of mid-precious gemstones. Your role will involve overseeing sales activities, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and providing guidance and support to your team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives specializing in mid-precious gemstone sales. Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to help them achieve their sales targets and professional goals.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote mid-precious gemstones and achieve sales targets. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them, including targeting new customer segments and geographic regions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including gemstone wholesalers, retailers, and individual buyers. Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide personalized service and product recommendations to meet their requirements.

- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and sales conversion rates. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.

- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the mid-precious gemstone market. Provide ongoing product training and education to sales team members to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and can effectively communicate its value to clients.
