Inviting applications for the role of Process developer, Collections & customer service representative
This role is to answer incoming calls from customers and do outbound calls to make payments, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information about invoice concern from US Based customer regarding their Leased Equipment.
Responsibilities
• Performing collection calls and follow up on delinquent accounts
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements
• Accurately updating customer records and account information
• Collaborating with legal/management teams on bankruptcies and litigations
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Required language proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collection or customer service environment.
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Judgment
• Adaptability
• Team work
