Full Stack Engineer - Python/React.js (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Backend and Frontend components using Python, React JS, MongoDB, and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services that seamlessly integrate with other components and external systems.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and debug production incidents in a timely manner.

- Build scalable, high-performance backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data and traffic.

- Optimise existing systems for improved efficiency, performance, and reliability.

- Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Back-End Web and Front-End Development

- Experience in developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs

- Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management

- Strong expertise in Python, React JS or similar skills with an in-depth understanding of their ecosystems and best practices.

- Experience designing and developing scalable, high-traffic backend systems.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, or Mongo DB.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Azure) and serverless computing.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
