Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance (4-9 yrs)

Responsibilities will include-

Functional Expertise

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.

2. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

3. Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.

4. Evaluate business opportunities, M&A transactions, and other strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and recommendations

5. Develop financial models and scenarios to support decision-making and evaluate business opportunities.

Problem Solving

1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.

2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.

3. Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing controls and mitigation strategies as necessary.

Interaction:

1. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

2. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies to drive growth, optimize resources, and maximize profitability.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry) - CA/MBA Finance from good college

- 4+ years of experience in any startup in Business Finance role

Skills & know-how - Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
