Region Head - B2B Sales
Job Overview:
CarDekho Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Region Head to lead and manage our sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital and concept selling, along with proven team management skills.
The Region Head will oversee the sales, managing a team of Dealer Sales Managers (DSMs) and Key Account Managers, driving sales growth, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 4 sales professionals, including DSMs and Key Account Managers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, providing regular feedback and support to meet sales objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, using Excel and PowerPoint, to senior management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Digital/Concept Selling: Expertise in selling digital products or services and conceptual sales approaches.
- Excel: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- PPT Preparation: Strong skills in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- HNI Sales: Experience in handling high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.
- Team Handling Experience: Previous experience in managing a sales team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
