Job Description
- Responsible for review and approval of MaterialMasters related to RM / PM.
- Responsible for Nitrosamine assessment, sampleresults monitoring and verification at site level.
- Responsible for hand over samples required fornitrosamine assessment based on frequency defined.
- Responsible for review and timely compilationof vendor qualification documents and perform Quality Info.
- Responsible for site based qualification of NewVendors, CLT, execution of timely audits of GMP spares and service providers.
- Responsible for co-ordination with vendor teamrelated to vendor discrepancy assessment.
- Responsible for Evaluation and approval ofrequest for Blocking/ unblocking, restrict/ unrestricting of material andProducts & blocking\ unblocking in SAP.
- Responsible for initiation, investigation,implementation and closer of QMS events related to functional activities.
- Responsible for performing, self-inspection,and timely closure of observations.
