General Manager Operations

We are seeking an experienced and visionary GM Operations to lead our organization with a hands-on approach to business operations, team management, and strategic growth. The GM will oversee all aspects of our sales and service-led business, managing a team of 65 employees, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for expansion into allied product lines. This role requires a proven leader with a track record of operational excellence, business development, and the ability to execute acquisitions or partnerships to enhance our market position.

Role & responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 75 employees across sales, service, and support functions.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Preferred candidate profile

B. Tech Or Diploma, PG in Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience in a sales and service-driven business, with at least 5 years in similar role.

Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding business operations, ideally in a company of similar size or larger.

Experience in identifying and executing acquisitions, partnerships, or new product line expansions.

Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of 65+ employees.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
