Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (4-12 yrs)

- Acquiring customers and managing key Client's across sector.

- Building and growing a portfolio of clients by doing business development & sales activities which includes account mapping, day to day calling, customer meetings.

- Liaising with CXO's/Directors, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads & other senior management professionals

- Understand critical hiring positions and service them by means of screening, evaluating and market mapping of the desired talent.

- Manage end to end servicing cycle and create value for clients, and the organization's goals.
