MEP Execution - Data Center

Job Description

• Execution of MEP Project for (Data center projects)
• Coordination with Internal & external stake holders.
• Maintain good PR with customers & drive committed targets
• Responsible to drive project MIS and improve on committed EBIT % age & Working capital.
• Cost to complete with risk & mitigation Plan.
• Complying to safety procedures and IMS documentation
• Vendor development
• Training and development of subordinates and team building
• Kaizen & Business Excellence

• Periodic review with internal team and customer
• Monitoring Productivity and cost (Site expenses, PEC, Direct employee cost) closely and ensuring to optimize it.
• Handle large team to deliver the assigned project within stipulated time (On Time Every Time) & cost (Return on Talent Engaged) with required Quality (Quality Performance Index)
• Deliver the committed plan to the business.
• Periodic communication with client and proper documentation to represent our claims.
• Monthly Indas revenue, System billing, collection & NOS targets.
• Drive committed PEC & bring expected savings.
• Execute projects on committed timeline with required quality and cost.
• Communications for Cost overrun and representation to recover the exposure
• Identifying opportunities to improve EBIT and driving it with the help of functional heads.
• Driving PMO to release cash.
• Continuous improvement through Kaizen and other management program.
• Monitoring the safety lead indicators and ensure safe working environment at site.
