The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1. Execution of Electrical Package

-Execution of electrical package within timeline & allocated budget for various MEP projects in commercial, Infra, industrial, five star hotel and data center sector.

- Site Supervision.

- Project execution

- End to End responsibility of the given portion of the project (Electrical)

- Execute high standard of project management skills at the projects.

2. Material Planning

-On site Material Planning with planners during execution.

- Ensuring efficient and productive ways of project execution, so that committed project profitability remains intact and should improve.

3. Target execution & Quality

- On time delivery of execution targets with a key insight on quality of work

- Ensuring efficient and productive ways of project execution, so that committed project profitability remains intact and should improve.

- Quality and Safety should be prime focus during entire cycle of project management.

4. Stakeholder management

- Coordination with all stakeholders

- Handling Labour on site, implementation of manpower plans

- Job completion with time management for better customer satisfaction

5. Project budget tracking

- Tracking of project budget on both material, installation, site expenses and productivity of team deployed.

- Tracking of installation milestones and ensuring that target of project billing is monthly achieved.

- Measurement and checking and verification of sub-contractors- bills.

6. Organization wide initiatives

- IMS : Follow IMS procedures for quality and proper execution of job

- People Deevelopment : Train new joinees for proper development in the related field

- Safety : Compliance of safety related activities on daily basis for contractors as well as our own employees

- Kaizen : Improvement initiatives through GRACE Management
