-Develop key accounts in assigned region / territory.
- Business Development & Marketing activities.
- Planning to achieve targeted orders booking

- Responsible for Revenue Achievement & Profitability
- Review tenders for risks and develop mitigation plan. Decision to take tenders forward or regret as per risk analysis.
- Review tenders for their legal as well as commercial terms.
- Review estimates and suggest amendments if any.
- Generate Project based MIS for order booking.
- Leading opportunities to logical closure for winning orders with planned EBIT.
- Manage and liaison with estimation engineers to ensure achievement of objectives as per ABP
- Customer Relationship Management: corporates, institutions, IT Companies, Developers, General Contractors, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) Consultants, Design Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Cost Consultants, Architects, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), Metro Rails, Airport Authorities.
- Review and analyse Enquiry Generation dashboard for assigned region / accounts and reporting to Management
- Preparation of ABP (Annual Business Plan)

- Ensuring proper documentation for IMS and Business Excellence

- Contribution for Kaizens within the department

- Adherence to all statutory compliance and process compliances

- Ensuring safety at work
