Role & responsibilities
1. Meeting Channel Partners to built relation for Business Development
2. Taking follow ups from CPs
3. Helping the RCP to improve their productivity by campaigns.
4. Capturing qualitative customer feedback to improve sourcing
5. Sharing customer insights of how a sale can be closed
6. Supporting in customer service to arrange appointments and ensure all allocated RCPs have the necessary support to work with.
7. Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Preferred candidate profile
1. A bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
2. Basic sales exposure and will travel with sales team for property launch.
3. Good team development and leadership skills.
4. Proficient with MS Excel.
5. Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
