Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Kronos solutions, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and gather client requirements for Kronos solutions.

- Configure and implement Kronos Workforce Management software according to client specifications.

- Provide support and training to end users on Kronos functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos with existing systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Kronos applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Kronos modules including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.

- Experience with integrating Kronos with HRIS and Payroll systems.

- Proficient in SQL and data analysis for reporting purposes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
