The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored for HR processes. You will play a key role in enhancing our HR service delivery capabilities.

- Design and implement HR service delivery processes using ServiceNow platform.

- Work closely with HR teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow HR modules and workflows to enhance user experience.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HR applications.

- Conduct training sessions for HR staff on the use of ServiceNow tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

- 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or relevant IT service management roles.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Proficient in ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery modules.

- Experience in configuring workflows, forms, and reports in ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization.

- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs in ServiceNow.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
