Job Overview:.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of our most important clients, ensuring their performance marketing objectives are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Own and grow relationships with key clients by deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and the single point of contact for key accounts.
- Lead client strategy meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Develop tailored digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams to achieve client business goals.
- Ensure smooth project delivery across multiple digital marketing channels (performance marketing, SEO, content, social media, etc.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
- Lead issue resolution, client escalations, and process improvements with a focus on client retention.
- Track and report on account performance against KPIs; ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Media Buying, SEO, Content, Tech) to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
- Drive consistent communication through regular reports, insights sharing, and strategic updates.
- Mentor and support Account Managers handling sub-accounts within the key account portfolio, if required.
Requirements:.
- 3+ years of client servicing or account management experience in a digital marketing agency (with a focus on handling high-value or strategic clients).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking ability: can translate business objectives into digital marketing action plans.
- Deep understanding of major digital marketing channels, analytics, and trends (performance marketing, organic, branding, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, project management platforms, etc.
- Strong commercial acumen: ability to spot growth opportunities within accounts.
