Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the US IT recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent.
  • Experience with state clients and VMS portals like Fieldglass and Beeline is required.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT market and staffing processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record in working with state clients and VMS portals.
  • Leadership experience in managing recruitment teams.
