Hiring - Field Technician - Ahmedabad/Rajkot/Bhavnagar

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for UBR radio Installation, Configuration, Commissioning Operations, Troubleshooting, Throughput Testing & Preventive maintenance
• Responsible to work on Pole / Towers along with mast towers (with climbing of Tower/Poles)
• Execute day-to-day operational activities along with fault rectification for last mile connectivity.
• Assist in technical field work related to both Wireless and Wireline network components.
• Ensure timely fault identification and resolution on the ground.
• Maintain coordination with back-office and NOC teams for smooth field operations.
• Provide updates and reports on field status as required.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on field-level technical experience with the skills below:

• Should have hands on experience in UBR radio Installation, Configuration, Commissioning, Operations, Troubleshooting, Throughput Testing & Preventive maintenance
• RF Link I&C expertise and O&M of RF Link and climbing of Tower/Poles
• Last mile network deployment and fault rectification (Wireless and Wireline).
• Operations management related to service delivery.
• Experience in UBR / Radio Network along with IP & Fiber Network experience will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid license.
