Job Description

Develop and lead a holistic strategy and product vision in support of the mission for Business Automation for the HM enterprise. This includes definition for the value stream measurement to the repeatable product definition to the assurance of the product quality and delivery.
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
  1. Drive and lead the design a multi-year data and product strategy to create new business automation solutions and drive measurable competitive advantage for HM. Determine the investments necessary in terms of people and technology to achieve these objectives.
  2. Explore data engineering, data science and AI developments and translate these to the business automation strategy to keep HM on the cutting edge of automation.
  3. Effective stakeholder management, balancing the prioritization of top-down strategic initiatives with bottom-up technology requirements.
  4. Explore the ecosystem, both internal and external, to introduce fresh data insights into both IT and the business. Implement tailored use cases and take the lead in disseminating research findings throughout HM.
  5. Drive and articulate the broader need of data engineering and data science and aligned re-usable and scalable tooling for implementations; deploy world-class data and AI capabilities
  6. Collaborate with Tech stakeholders and business units to harmonize the data agenda and drive data program standardization, data adoption and effective data implementations
  7. Champion data and AI opportunities to the business leadership team, fostering collaboration to shape HM s data narrative.
  8. Collaborate with business leaders to craft a unified data portfolio and projects that align with the broader IT and HM strategic roadmaps. Transition from reactive, static reports to a federated data model and promote self-service data consumption
  9. Be part of shaping and continuously developing HM Group s strategy for AI.
  10. Provide strategic support to the business in implementing AI technology across the organization. This includes assessing vendors and technical solutions and providing support in decisions on build vs buy.
  11. Research and analyze the AI landscape, including emerging trends, technology development, vendor ecosystem, and technology impact to informed strategic decisions.
  12. Foster relationships with AI vendors, research institutions, and industry groups to stay ahead of the technological curve. Provide expertise to upskilling initiatives. Educate and mentor colleagues to increase awareness and knowledge on AI capabilities, potential and limitations.
  13. Broad technology skills in data, AI/ML and ability to translate knowledge into solutions which transform the customer s experience.
  14. Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change). Overseeing an area with proven achievements in IT Business Partnership and Relationship Management, Value Realization
  15. Experience of designing, and evaluating organizational transformations and delivering large scale change that adds value from data and information
  16. Guide Product teams on buy vs build concept, act as a strategic partner to our business stakeholders
  17. Experience implementing cloud economics, value demonstration, and measurement within cloud economics.
  1. A master s or bachelor s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is required
  2. 15+ years of data and analytics leadership experience
