Job Purpose :

- The Campus Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent from universities and colleges to meet Haleon's hiring needs. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for recruitment and the ability to manage and execute strategic campus recruitment initiatives. Additionally, the Campus Recruiter will be involved in special projects such as Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing (EBRM), Hypercare, Onboarding, Audit & Compliance and other strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the Hiring experience for candidates & Hiring Managers

- Right now, we're on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you'll be joining and contributing at a critical point in our evolution. Your role will stretch you as we advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies, truly living our values of Go Beyond, Do What Matters Most and Keep it Human where you will be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business. The work you do will leaving a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues that you work with.

Major Accountabilities:

- Early Talent (Campus Engagement & Recruitment Strategy - Professional & Frontline)

- Developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from educational institutions, ensuring a strong pipeline of entry-level and early-career professionals.

- Cultivate strong relationships with universities, overseeing campus events, and managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process

- Coordinate and participate in campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to selected candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication and providing timely feedback.

- Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing (EBRM)

- Partner with the global EBRM team to localize and implement employer branding initiatives on campus and for lateral hiring

- Lead projects to enhance Haleon's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice

- Work with internal teams to develop compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, videos, and social media content.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates and ensure fairness and equity in the selection process. Strategic programs like

- Community Outreach to expand skilled talent pool

- Initiatives to increase Women's representation in the workforce, Returning Women etc.

- Liaison with Internal and external stakeholders to operationalize such initiatives for future talent requirements

- Hypercare & Onboarding

- Support the Hypercare process during peak recruitment seasons

- Oversee the Induction, Onboarding, and other joining formalities for campus & lateral hires to ensure a seamless transition into Haleon.

- Assist in the onboarding process for campus & lateral hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to their first day at Haleon.

- Coordinate with the HR team to deliver an engaging and informative onboarding experience, including orientation sessions, mentoring programs, and ongoing support.

- Monitor the progress of new hires during their initial months to ensure they are well integrated into the company and culture.

Compliance & Audit:

- Ensure all recruitment processes and documentation adhere to internal policies and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to conduct regular audits of recruitment activities to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate records and reports to support audit activities and address any compliance-related issues promptly.

Special Initiatives:

- Take ownership of special recruitment projects, such as diversity hiring initiatives, referral programs, and new joiner experience improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative recruitment strategies and enhance overall recruitment efficiency.

- Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition leadership on the progress of special initiatives and projects.

Basic Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Tier 1)

- 7 - 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on campus recruitment preferred.

- Strong understanding of the campus recruitment landscape and trends in India.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, and social media engagement is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
