Key Responsibilities
The role has the following key deliverables:
Responsible for building capability infrastructure for Urban Rural Team members. Ensuring Compliance on learning modules
Responsible for content development, translations of content to address the needs of the participants.

Building a network of right Vendors to provide needful support to the team Ensuring optimum vendor management for smooth execution of LMS any other training related vendors
Analysis Performance management of on roll off role team members on Capability journey
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required
5 + years work experience in the FMCG industry. GT TSE/Rural TSE Stint is a must.Vendor Management experience is mandatory. Regional Customer Marketing/Comex/Capability /stint is desirable
