Hi Milton is looking for General Manager Internal Audit, heading the entire gamut of Internal Audit for Hamilton Housewares Pvt Ltd.

This role reports to the MD and Audit Committee.

Role Objective

• Ensure a Secure Control environment across all operating units of Hamilton India
• Develop a Risk Control Matrix for the Legal Entity
• Implement Robust Testing procedures basis the RCM
• Drive improvements in controls and processes
• Identify opportunities for Automating Controls in the ERP system
• Identify Efficiency opportunities basis the results of the Test procedures

Position Objectives

• Plan, organize and execute internal audit plan covering plants and head office.
• Conduct special internal audits projects.
• Co-ordinate the internal audit plan with the auditors and ensure timely completion of the internal audits as per the agreed timelines.
• Conduct internal financial control testing.
• Conducting investigations and issuing reports.
• Draft and finalize the audit reports.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each important process within the organization.
• Oversee the physical verification across plants and warehouse with help of plant accounts team.
• Closely work with the systems team and consultants to identify and implement control improvement

opportunities.

• Drive periodic review of the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) with the process owners to validate the control design

and the mitigating measures put in place for identified risks.

• Participate with the SAP team in the S/4 HANA Migration in ensuring automated Controls .

Key qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance & business administration

*CA/CFA or equivalent professional certifications *Certified Internal auditor (CIA) or Certified Information system

Auditor (CISA)

Technical:

*Knowledge on provisions of Companies Act related to internal audit and controls

*Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, regulations

*Proficiency in risk management, internal controls & governance processes
