Assistant Manager - Export FG Quality

Role & responsibilities

1) Reduced the rejection % by Highlighting Quality Issues for FG and online SFG and get them reworked in a manner that it can be shipped.

2) Reduced customer complaints: Packaging related, FG product related - Container Loading related. No complaints received from customers once goods are shipped.

3)To check samples for finish, packaging, functioning before dispatch.

4) No wastage of space in container.

5) Daily Export FG Quality Inspections and Reports

6) Samples check for Customers & Exhibitions.

7) Quality 3rd party Audits/inspection.

8) Export Container Loadings.

9) Quality Complaint CAPA and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in Quality 3rd party Audits/inspection.

2. Excellent Communication skills, analytical & problem solving skills and leadership quality.

3. Housewares industries and similar industries candidates will be preferable.
