Salary: Up to - 45,000 In-Hand
Job Description:
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to grow in the EdTech industry. As part of our team, your core responsibility will be to sell UG/PG online courses to potential students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with leads via calls and follow-up on inquiries regarding UG/PG courses.
- Understand student needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and persuasion.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain CRM records.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and closing abilities.
- Graduation in any field is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
