2. Cold Calling & Emailing:
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, or chat to present products/services.
- Follow scripts or structured messaging while customizing based on client needs.
3. Understanding Customer Requirements:
- Gather and analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Answer product-related questions clearly and confidently.
4. Sales Presentations:
- Conduct online product demos or presentations.
- Highlight key benefits and value propositions of offerings.
5. Follow-ups & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Keep track of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools.
6. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and packages.
- Close sales and ensure smooth handover to onboarding or support teams.
7. Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
8. CRM & Documentation:
- Update customer information and deal status in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead nurturing and campaign feedback.
- Work with customer support and operations for client onboarding and retention.
10. Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Use insights to improve sales pitches and customer engagement.
