Technical Lead - Full Stack (5-7 yrs)

As a Technical Lead, you will be the driving force behind product delivery and technical excellence. You'll work closely with Product Managers/Business Stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned with the roadmap and unblocked on execution. Your role includes setting a high standard, both in code quality and team collaboration, while fostering an environment that encourages constant improvement.

Requirements :

- Ability to design system architectures, ERDs, and technical documentation.

- Deep understanding of multi-tenant and microservice architecture.

- Experience building modular and extensible frontend products.

- Proven experience with web development frameworks.

- Ability to create robust, scalable architectures.

- Adept in guiding teams to deliver high-quality digital products and fostering collaboration.

- Skilled at measuring and maintaining software quality, ensuring consistent improvement.

- Programming Languages: JavaScript (Node.js ), Python, or Go.

- Frontend Frameworks: React & Next.

- Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
