Construction Head - Real Estate (18-30 yrs)

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

1. To be responsible for the operations of the entire value chain of EPC including direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of all projects ensuring consistency with Company's vision, strategy, commitments, targets, and goals

2. Take leadership role to execute the projects at optimum cost, time, and best quality standards from end-to-end. (From pre-construction activities like planning, project design development estimation stage till completion).

3. Coordinate / interact closely with all the concerned departments and take the lead in problem solving and decisions, making optimum use of the services/ expertise of the departments.

4. Ensure compliance of all statutory norms under applicable laws & guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B. Tech / B.E. (Civil) / Postgraduate in Project / Construction Management / MBA.

2. 18 + years of experience in multi-use multi location High rise Residential, Commercial, IT / ITeS & Industrial Projects.

Competence

1. Knowledge of latest technologies / construction methodologies connected with complex multi-use multi location projects in large layouts.

2. Proactive approach with entrepreneurial spirit

3. Experience in developing standards, SOPs, Efficiency & Control mechanism for end-to-end construction activities.

4. Excellent negotiation skills & deep-rooted experience in dealing with consultants, vendors, contractors.

5. Strong leadership & senior level maturity with excellent man management skills.

6. Should possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal with strong coordination and networking skills.
