HCLTech - LifeAsia Business Analyst (7-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems related to Life Asia.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with Life Asia expertise.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of business operations and IT systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Life Asia software and systems.

- Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulations.

- Ability to model business requirements using business process modeling tools.
