Job Description
Location - Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Gurugram
Role & responsibilities
- Lead Solution Architecture
- Assess current software systems and integrate into systems architecture as per requirement
- Manage activities through solution ideation, design and implementation. Resolve technical problems as they arise
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Led teams as Engineering lead/Architecture lead at startups/large organizations. E-Commerce/consumer tech/financial services background is a plus
- In depth understanding of Application development and knowledge of popular technologies: Java, Cloud
- Extensive experience in building cloud-native applications (AWS / GCP) and cloud infrastructure and its services
- Background in agile software development, architecture, and/or development management is expected
- Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
- Analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
