Job Description
Job Purpose: IT Contract review / drafting / Contract Negotiation and Closure
Role & responsibilities
- IT Contract review and drafting
- Contract risk to be identified at clause level & documented in a report format and wherever applicable sign off to be taken.
- Manage all IT related Contracts/Agreements.
- Driving IT contract management policy and setting up standard practices within IT.
- Actively work with various teams within IT to establish and finalise SLA & Deliverables for the various Agreement/Contract/SOW requirement.
- Liaising with Corporate Legal team / external counsel on the Standard/General clauses to be incorporated in the IT Contract templates.
- Strong communication skill
- Liaising with the vendors legal and business team
- Review the RBI circulars and draft the clauses in the contracts accordingly
Ensure the compliance with the Contract Life Cycle Management
Key Skills
- Technical Skills : Having sound knowledge of Legal Frame Work
- Exp. in Team Management / Vendor Management etc. Ideally should have managed a team.
