Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage agency channel partners to achieve business targets, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow life insurance sales through agencies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products across multiple channels (agency & bank).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in Agency Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance industry and its dynamics.
- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with Agents/Brokers/other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
