Manager - Product Development - IT (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and market trends.

- Customer Focus: Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

- Agile Development: Lead the product development process using an agile methodology, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Product Prioritization: Prioritize product features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Launch & Optimization: Manage the product launch process and oversee ongoing product optimization based on data-driven insights.

- Metrics & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication & Presentation: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product development or a related role.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing innovative products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product development.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.

- Strong working knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
