We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the architecture, development, and scaling of our core tech platforms. Youll lead a talented team of developers and own the full technology stack from responsive UIs to high-performance backend services powering real-time logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and development of scalable full stack applications aligned with business goals.

- Architect robust backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js and associated frameworks (e.g., Express/NestJS).

- Drive frontend development using React, integrating modern libraries like Redux, React Router, and Context API.

- Own code quality, system design decisions, and enforce best practices across the stack.

- Work closely with Product and Business teams to turn logistics and warehousing challenges into technical solutions.

- Ensure performance, maintainability, and security of systems under high transactional loads.

Team Management :

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 46 full stack engineers.

- Drive sprint planning, code reviews, release schedules, and productivity metrics.

- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, ownership, and technical excellence.

- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of engineering team members.

Backend Development

- Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and TypeScript.

- Design microservices architecture to support modular and scalable systems.

- Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for logistics data models.

- Implement integrations with third-party logistics, payments, and analytics APIs.

- Apply strong security principles and ensure compliance with data protection norms.

Frontend Development :

- Build high-performance, user-friendly interfaces using React and modern JS standards.

- Design and implement reusable components and maintainable frontend architecture.

- Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible designs tailored for real-world operational use.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to elevate user experience for internal dashboards and customer portals.

Quality & Best Practices :

- Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation protocols, and testing coverage (unit/integration).

- Collaborate with DevOps team on CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and rollback mechanisms.

- Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovation to enhance platform stability and user experience.

Qualifications :

Required :

- 6+ years of experience in full stack development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and backend.

- Proficiency in React (Redux, Hooks, Context API) and Node.js (Express or NestJS).

- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

- Experience designing secure, scalable APIs and cloud-native applications.

- Hands-on knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean.

- Familiarity with Docker, containers, and orchestration tools.

- Prior work in logistics/supply chain tech platforms or real-time systems.

- Exposure to analytics tools, monitoring (e.g., Grafana, New Relic), and performance tuning.
