Role & responsibilities

• Managing all compliances under the Companies Act 2013, MCA - ROC, RBI, Depositories - NSDL & CDSL Share Transfer Agents, Bankers, other Regulatory Compliance
• Coordinating with various Regulatory Authorities, Statutory & Internal Auditors, Legal Firms, AD Bankers etc
• Preparing notice, notes on agenda and minutes for Board Meeting, Audit Committee Meeting and other Committees meetings
• Preparation of Annual Report and conduct of Annual General Meeting
• Preparation of documents for chare creation / modification
• To take care of all the compliances under Listing Agreement/ SAST/PIT regulation
• Prior experience of capital raising activity, merger, demerger etc.
• Compliances under FEMA and applicable compliances for overseas subsidiary
• ESG & BRSR reporting compliances
• Taking care of Annual filing whether in XBRL or otherwise
