Role/Purpose

We are currently looking to hire Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to work for a major US-based software company.

We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented individuals to work in the following areas:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to employee onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to assess workforce requirements and design effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the selection process efficiently.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and high-turnover positions.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring journey.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Assign requisitions based on team capacity and track progress on open positions.
• Establish recruitment goals and KPIs, ensuring timely and quality closures of all roles.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Extensive experience sourcing candidates across multiple platforms and working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in hiring for a range of roles including technical, managerial, and executive-level positions.
