Job Description:

Objective - We are seeking a Senior RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) & Segmented Execution Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI systems that will revolutionize our beverage manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations. This role combines expertise in large language models, retrieval systems, and distributed computing to build enterprise-scale AI applications that deliver measurable business impact across HCCB's value chain.

Job Responsibilities:

RAG System Development

- Design and implement sophisticated retrieval augmented generation systems that enhance our AI capabilities with accurate, real-time information access to HCCB's knowledge repositories

- Develop advanced vector databases and embedding strategies for efficient knowledge retrieval across our product specifications, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and market intelligence

- Create context retrieval algorithms to ensure AI responses are grounded in HCCB's specific knowledge base, including company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

- Implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve RAG system accuracy, relevance, and response time

Segmented Execution Architecture

- Lead the development of segmented execution frameworks that allow complex AI operations to be broken down into manageable components for HCCB's diverse business units

- Design distributed computing solutions for AI workloads that optimize resource utilization across our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers

- Develop systems that intelligently route different types of AI tasks to the most appropriate execution environments based on priority, complexity, and resource availability

- Create efficient orchestration layers for managing complex AI workflows that span multiple business functions including production planning, logistics, and sales forecasting

Integration & Deployment

- Collaborate with HCCB's business teams to integrate RAG and segmented execution capabilities into core applications like ERP, CRM, and supply chain management systems

- Design and implement APIs and services that allow seamless interaction with our AI systems across mobile and web platforms used by HCCB's field force

- Develop deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of AI components across HCCB's diverse IT landscape

- Create monitoring and observability solutions to ensure reliable operation of production AI systems supporting critical business processes

Business Applications

- Work with HCCB's sales and distribution teams to implement AI-powered forecasting and optimization solutions

- Develop intelligent document processing systems that extract insights from unstructured data sources like market reports, customer feedback, and competitor analysis

- Create AI assistants that provide real-time support to HCCB's commercial team

- Design advanced analytics solutions that leverage AI to identify trends and opportunities in HCCB's business operations

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Required:

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in developing production-grade AI systems

- Strong expertise in vector databases, embedding techniques, and information retrieval systems

- Proven experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering

- Deep understanding of distributed systems and parallel computing

- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)

- Experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex systems

Preferred

- Experience implementing RAG systems for enterprise applications in FMCG or manufacturing sectors

- Familiarity with beverage manufacturing processes or FMCG supply chain operations

- Knowledge of SAP and other enterprise systems used in manufacturing environments

- Experience with time series forecasting and demand planning applications

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or relevant publications

- Experience working in regulated environments with data privacy considerations

- Knowledge of Hindi and other Indian languages for multilingual AI applications
