NetSuite Developer - E2E Implementation (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

NetSuite Customization & Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and new functionalities within NetSuite using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x (Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, etc.

- Create and maintain custom records, fields, forms, lists, and sublists using SuiteBuilder.

- Develop and configure workflows using SuiteFlow to automate business processes.

- Write and optimize SuiteScript code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Integrations :

- Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services (SuiteTalk), and other relevant technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite integrations.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Build and maintain complex Saved Searches, custom Reports, and KPIs to meet reporting requirements.

- Develop and optimize data queries within NetSuite.

System Administration & Maintenance :

- Manage day-to-day NetSuite operational tasks, including user access, roles, and permissions.

- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Monitor system health and identify potential issues.

Process Optimization :

- Gain a deep understanding of core business processes within NetSuite, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Financials.

- Propose and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of these processes within NetSuite.

Code Management & Deployment :

- Utilize GitHub for version control, code management, and collaboration.

- Follow established deployment processes for moving customizations between NetSuite environments.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.

- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.

Global Support :

- Be willing to provide support and work in shifts, including night shifts, as needed to support our global operations and teams.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on, dedicated experience in NetSuite technical development.

NetSuite Development :

- Strong proficiency and demonstrable experience with SuiteScript (both 1.0 and 2.x) for various script types.

- Extensive experience with SuiteFlow for workflow automation.

- Expertise in using SuiteBuilder for customizing forms, fields, records, lists, etc.

- Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot NetSuite scripts and customizations effectively.

Integrations :

- Practical experience in developing and maintaining integrations with NetSuite using SuiteTalk (SOAP) and REST APIs.

NetSuite Functional Knowledge : Solid understanding of key NetSuite modules and business processes, including :

1. Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)

2. Order-to-Cash (Sales Order Management, Fulfillment, Invoicing, Payments)

3. Procure-to-Pay (Purchase Order Management, Item Receipts, Vendor Bills, Payments)

Tools & Technologies :

- Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub.

Technical Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Availability : Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, to support global business needs.
