Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience : 5 - 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/F&O installation, configuration, and development.

About the Role :

This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O while integrating BI and analytics for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 development, business analysis, and dashboarding using Microsoft BI. Strong understanding of business metrics, financial reporting, and KPI analysis is required. Additionally, team leadership and project management skills are essential for driving successful enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

- Estimate, design, code, test, and deliver modifications.

- Design, modify, and implement software programming applications.

- Execute full life cycle software development and ensure quality standards.

- Lead code sourcing control setup and manage code migration across multiple instances.

- Create detailed design and technical documentation.

- Develop and maintain integration layers for seamless data synchronization across systems.

- Define and document data structures, architecture, and frameworks.

- Work across multiple Dynamics 365 modules, including Financials, Trade & Logistics, and Projects.

- Ensure alignment with Dynamics AX/365 design and architecture best practices.

- Utilize business analysis skills to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead integration projects with ERP

- Develop BI reports, dashboards, and analytics using Microsoft BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.

- Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Provide leadership and proven team management to ensure project success.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in X++, .NET, AL, and experience with MS Azure administration.

- Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and dashboarding solutions.

- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent understanding of business metrics, financial reporting, and KPIs.

- Experience with Function Apps, Service Bus configuration, and Business Events.

- Hands-on experience in multi-site implementations (Manufacturing and Finance module experience is a plus).

- Experience in medium to large enterprise-level projects with multiple customizations.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.
