About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Head who will lead the offline and online sales (e-commerce and quick-commerce) and digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and scaling quick commerce and e-commerce platforms. This role drives the online business expansion, optimizes the customer journey, and ensures a seamless shopping experience across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention
- Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly, efficient, and secure shopping experience
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven decisions
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience through personalization, streamlined checkout processes, and exceptional customer service
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely restocking, and efficient order fulfilment
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, logistics providers, and technology partners
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our e-commerce operations at the forefront of the market
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving financial targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and growing quick commerce and e-commerce platforms
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
