End point management & Imaging (MDM Lead)

Location : New Delhi, Hybrid/Remote

The role :

- Design and lead the implementation of Microsoft Intune-based endpoint management architecture, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.

- Develop and maintain modern device management policies (configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access, app protection, etc.).

- Drive Zero Trust and Modern Management strategies leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.

- Oversee the configuration and deployment of Autopilot, Co-management, and Hybrid Azure AD Join solutions.

- Manage application deployment, updates, and patching via Intune and Windows Update for Business.

- Collaborate with security, compliance, and networking teams to ensure endpoints meet security and governance standards.

- Define endpoint lifecycle and imaging strategies including provisioning, enrolment, and deprovisioning workflows.

- Provide thought leadership and keep up with evolving endpoint technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and guide endpoint support teams and contribute to developing operational documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Act as escalation point for complex endpoint issues and provide hands-on resolution and incident response as needed.

What you'll bring :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, with 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting and managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

- Expertise in device provisioning, compliance management, configuration profiles, conditional access, and app protection policies.

- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.

- Strong understanding of Azure AD, Group Policy, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Windows

- Hello for Business, and Autopilot.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Experience working with Microsoft 365, Security Baselines, and Defender for Endpoint integration.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, change control, and enterprise-level support operations.

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
